Cocoon Appoints Chad White as Vice President of Business Development - Structures and Corrosion-Free Environments
North Hampton, NH — February 11, 2026 — Cocoon, a defense industry leader in innovative corrosion-prevention solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Chad White as Vice President of Business Development for the company’s Structures and Corrosion-Free Environments business segments.
White brings more than 25 years of experience driving strategic growth, leading complex infrastructure programs, and aligning technical innovation with mission critical needs. A retired U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer, he has led global teams, advised senior defense and federal leaders, and overseen the performance, protection, and resilience of large scale infrastructure portfolios in some of the most demanding environments worldwide.
His career includes leadership roles spanning the Department of Defense, federal agencies, Amazon Web Services, and major consulting and engineering organizations. Across these roles, White has built a reputation for strengthening customer relationships, shaping winning capture strategies, and helping organizations translate capability into measurable impact.

In his new role, White will lead business development strategy across defense, aerospace, industrial, and government markets—advancing Cocoon’s mission to deliver long life, corrosion free asset protection and high performance structures that significantly reduce lifecycle costs.

White holds an Executive MBA from UCLA, a Master of Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer and DAU Level III contracting professional.
